Video: Another Success Story from Bali Sharks

Bali Shark Release
The following five minute video features behind the scenes footage of a rescued Black Tip shark for the FINdonesia documentary. The shark was saved from bycatch and rehabbed at Bali Sharks nursery before being tagged and released back into the wild. She was a healthy 0.92 meter female. Tag #06.

Bali Sharks is a shark conservation nursery offering an alternative to young sharks being killed for food. The same fishermen that used to kill sharks for fins are now saving sharks! In the past 12 months we were able to save and release 43 sharks. The nursery is ocean friendly for all ages and experience levels. http://www.balisharks.com/
